Traditional Chinese Medicine for Western Herbalists

In this class, Steven will share the philosophy and principles of traditional Chinese medicine, teaching how you can apply them to help yourself and others achieve better health. You'll learn the guiding principles of TCM and how to apply them, important TCM health assessment techniques, and about the herbs and herbal formulas used in TCM and their therapeutic purposes.

Steven first learned about TCM in the late 80s when he assisted in the creation of training program for NSP. He spent 3 weeks studying in mainland China learning about Chinese medicine from universities, hospitals, schools, and farms. He immediately started using them to help himself and other people with their health issues and spend years refining his understanding of TCM and will share his decades of experience in this class.

The class is being taught over six lessons starting in September and will live-streamed at 6pm MT on the following dates with time for Q&A. If you’re unable to attend the live sessions or prefer to review the content later, the lessons will be recorded for your convenience.
