Between 1989 and 1992, the number of prescriptions for antidepressant drugs exploded from 2.5 million to 33.2 million—a 1328 percent increase! As of mid 2014, over 41 million Americans are taking Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa, Wellbutrin, Luvox, and other antidepressant drugs. These drugs have serious side effects, including increased depression, violence and a high risk of suicide.

Fortunately, there are other ways to deal with depression.
