Many years ago I realized that I had a poverty consciousness. Today I call this poverty consciousness the WalMart mentality, which is trying to get as much as possible by giving as little as possible. I decided that if the principle of the "law of the harvest" was correct, that this mentality would rebound back to me, causing me to receive as little as possible for giving as much as possible. I did an experiment in what I now call prosperity consciousness, which is to give as much as possible for as little as possible in return. Oddly enough it worked.
