Hi, I’m Mara Gerke, a CNHP, Gut Health Coach, Herbalist, and Aromatherapist. I know what it’s like not to feel weel and be dealing with chronic pain, constipation, and exhaustion. After a long journey back to health, dealing with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and other health challenges, I discovered that real healing begins with your lifestyle habits and focusing on gut health.

I am currently sharing my journey and knowledge with others through workshops, detoxification challenges, and wellness programs to help them Create Healthier Habits. It's time to get well and stay well!
