This is an introductory class in tongue assessment. The basics of tongue assessment are easy to learn and it's a great way to assess biological terrain and some basic organ functions. We talk about the tongue body (shape and color), the coating, the organ map on the tongue, and special tongue patterns to consider like the quivering tongue.
