I began my natural health journey after struggling with Stage 4 Endometriosis.  For the last 25 years, I have continued to work on my own health while helping others achieve their wellness goals.  I earned a Doctorate in Health Education and am a Certified Health Education Specilist as well as a Certified Leader in Natural Health.  I enjoy intriducing others to the concepts of natural health and helping them to reach their personal goals and reams by becoming the healthiest version of themselves!
