Hi my name is Angella Greenwood and I am a certified  Holistic Emotional Wellness Coach and Herbalist (CH)  I have  invested over 14 years on educating myself and others on the benefits of using natural remedies and techniques,  such as mindfulness, aromatherapy, herbs and gut health to balance physical and emotional wellness.
